Held at The Club, Mumbai, this prestigious event, hosted by the Food Bloggers Association of India (FBAI), witnessed the commendable zeal and talent of burgeoning foodpreneurs and enthusiasts.

Acknowledging the profound impact of Indian Content Creators in today’s digital realm, the IFBA 2023 spotlighted their pivotal role as influencers shaping opinions, narratives, and experiences. With over 32 cities contributing entries, including unexpected locales like Ranchi, Chiplun, Bhopal, Surat, Bhubaneshwar, Ahmedabad, and Goa, this year’s edition showcased the diverse and widespread influence of the F&B community.

In collaboration with Godrej Vikhroli Cucina, FBAI orchestrated a glittering Award Ceremony to honor winners across multiple categories, affirming their significant contributions to the food, beverage, hospitality, and lifestyle domains. Seven primary categories, including Facebook, Instagram, Blog, YouTube, Media, Hospitality, and Celebrated Chefs, encompassed sub-categories like Recipe, Review, Regional cuisine, and travel, encapsulating the multifaceted talents prevalent in the industry.A distinguished Jury Panel, featuring luminaries such as Food Writer Rashmi Uday Singh, Master Chef Ajay Chopra, and Celebrity Chef Vicky Ratnani, meticulously evaluated entries, ensuring a comprehensive recognition of excellence across diverse content creation realms.

Co-Founder of The FBAI, Salloni Malkani, shared her enthusiasm about the event’s evolution: “These awards are specific to the various fields of content creators. This year, we’ve introduced exciting new categories within the Content creation and hospitality space, including Media – TV, Print, Radio, and Podcast, Hospitality, and Chefs.”Echoing her sentiments, Co-Founder Sameer Malkani emphasized the event’s commitment to showcasing exceptional talent and innovation within the F&B and hospitality industry, reiterating the dedication and passion of content creators in reshaping the industry landscape.

IFBA serves as a testament to the influential voices and trendsetting prowess of content creators in the ever-evolving realm of content creation. Key brand partners including The Club Mumbai, Godrej Vikhroli Cucina, Godrej Jersey, Godrej Real Good Chicken, Godrej Yummiez, Aspri Spirits, Soulflower, and The Informative Observer contributed to the event’s grandeur.The hosts, Mudra Keswani and Alok Verma, themselves accomplished content creators, charmed the audience with their engaging personalities and adept MCing for the awards.
